You can't rely on About Help for determining that in IE Use Task Manager instead. To double check look at the Command line field may need to be added.

If the path contains x86 your OS is bit but you are running a bit instance of the browser. That is an indication that that iexplore. The number refers to the PID of the "chrome" task which is more likely to be bit. It was nowhere in my start menu or all programs. The only version that I could execute, or even locate, was the bit version. Checked task manager and yes, the bit IE was the one running.
